Q) What are the pickup and delivery hours?

We offer daily pickup and delivery between 7–9 a.m. and 7–9 p.m.

Most orders are returned within 3–4 days after pickup.

You will receive a notification once your shoes have been picked up and delivered.

Q) Can I choose a drop-off option?

Yes. At checkout, you can add delivery instructions, including gate codes and your preferred pickup or drop-off method.
