Q) How do I find out if delivery is available in my area?

 - Before checkout, enter your postal code to confirm your eligibility for local delivery

Q) What are the pickup and delivery schedules?

 - We offer daily shoe pickup between 7–9 a.m. and 7–9 p.m. You can select your preferred time at checkout.

 - Your shoes will be delivered to your home within two days of pickup. Delivery is available between 7–9 a.m. and 7–9 p.m.

- You will be notified once the collection and delivery are complete

Q) Can I choose a drop-off option?

- Please add delivery instructions at checkout, including the gate code, shoe collection method (leave at the door or hand them to us), and your preferred delivery option (leave at the door or hand them to you)
