Q) How do I find out if delivery is available in my area?

 - Before you checkout, enter postal code to see if you are eligible for local delivery

Q) What is the pickup and delivery time?

 - We pick up your shoes every day between 7-9 a.m. and 7-9 p.m. You can select your preferred time when you check out

 - The shoes will be delivered to your home two days after they were picked up. We also deliver your shoes from 7-9 a.m. or 7-9 p.m.

- You will be notified when the collection and delivery are completed

Q) Can I choose drop-off options?

- Please add delivery instructions as you check out: Gate code, how we collect your shoes (leave at the door or hand it to us), how we deliver your shoes (leave at the door or hand it to you)
